桃園市政府環保局2日指出，該局舉辦「環境教育繪本創作比賽」競爭激烈，獲獎名單行李箱commodore出爐。局長沈志修表示，獲獎的作品將於桃園各區巡迴展覽，並於4月22日「世界地球日」前舉辦頒獎典禮；各組前三名將製作為電子書，並於環保局的環境教育網站供民眾線上閱覽，讓大家更貼近環境保護的相關議題。

環保局指出，105年度「桃園市環境教育繪本便宜旅遊網創作比賽」共分親子創作、青年創作及成人創作等三組，共徵得42件優秀作品參賽。親子創作組由〈方便的水溝仔〉獲得第一名，〈尋找幸福濕樂園〉、〈萍萍的新煩惱〉及〈小維的綠色使命〉並列第三名；青年創作組前三名分別為〈魔法師爺爺〉、〈海洋新ㄅㄠˇ物〉與〈貓頭鷹巡守隊〉；社會創作組前三名則為〈桃蛙園記〉、〈桃園空中菜園〉及〈就是自然〉；另選出佳作15名，鼓勵繪本作者繼續結合圖文創作與環境教育。

評選小組表示，此屆獲獎作品相當出色，例如親子創作組第一名〈方便的水溝仔〉述說了一個水道堵塞的故事，故事裡的人們為了圖方便，隨意污染小溪，最終給大家帶來一場災難，貼近真實生活，令人讀之有感；其餘三件獲獎作品〈萍萍的新煩惱〉、〈小維的綠色使命〉及〈尋找幸福溼樂園〉各有創意，難分軒輊，經全體委員決議，將第二名獎項空出，讓三件作品並列第三名。

另外，青年創作組第一名〈魔法師爺爺〉主題明確、畫風熟練，且有精彩的創意，故事中的爺爺施加「環保魔法」，要將發高燒又咳嗽的「地球小姐」種種病症「變不見」，充滿環境教育的意義。社會創作組第一名〈桃蛙園記〉諧音〈桃花源記〉，則以桃園731保護區濕地的實際案例，講述了臺北赤蛙的復育過程，將樹蛙擬人化以增加趣味，表達了生態復育的重要性。
